At The Wild Paw, our commitment to adventure extends to your satisfaction. We want both you and your furry companion to love every product you receive. If you ever need to request a return, exchange, or refund, here’s how our policy works.


1. Timeframe

You have 30 days from the delivery date to submit a return request.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in resellable condition.

  • All original packaging and tags must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible.

We encourage customers to inspect all products immediately upon delivery.


3. Size Guidance (Important)

Each product has its own sizing chart.
We strongly recommend measuring your dog before purchasing.
Size exchanges are eligible for one-time exchange only.


4. How to Start a Return

All returns must be submitted through our Return Portal on our website.

Returns cannot be handed back to the courier.

Once your request is submitted:

  1. Complete the return form.

  2. Our team will review your request.

  3. You’ll receive approval and shipping instructions via email.

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.


5. Return Address

All approved returns must be shipped to the following address:

6. Return Options

 

A. Return for Exchange:

  • Customers cover the return shipping cost.

  • We cover the shipping cost of sending the exchanged item.

B. Return for Full Store Credit:

  • Customers cover return shipping.

  • Store credit is issued immediately after inspection.

C. Return for Refund to Original Payment Method:

  • Customers cover return shipping.

  • A 15% restocking fee applies.

  • Refund processing takes 3–5 business days after approval.


7. Defective or Lost Products

If your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Lost in transit

We will cover all related costs, including return shipping, and send a replacement or issue a refund.

If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, shipping loss is not refundable.


8. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless:

  • The return request is submitted within 2 hours of ordering, or

  • The product arrives damaged or is lost in shipping.


9. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards

  • Exchanged products

  • Customized or personalized items (if applicable)


10. Refund Processing

  • Returns are inspected within 2 business days of arrival.

  • Refunds to the original payment method take 3–5 business days after approval.

  • Store credit is issued immediately.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

If more than 5 business days have passed since your refund approval and no refund appears, contact us at contact@thewildpaw.co.


11. How to Start Online Returns (Quick Steps)

  1. Enter your email or phone number and Order Number in the Return Portal.

  2. Access your order history.

  3. Select the item(s) you want to return or exchange.

  4. Submit your request and follow the instructions.

  5. Once approved, you will receive return shipping guidelines via email.
